Survey & Digital Modelling
Laser-scanner surveys and 3D models of existing structures.
Work on existing infrastructure starts with measurement. We survey structures with 3D laser scanners — often at night and under traffic management — and turn the resulting point clouds into accurate digital models that support assessment, design and coordination.

Design
Civil, structural and infrastructure design, including seismic upgrades.
We design civil and infrastructure works across every stage of development, with specific expertise in the seismic assessment and upgrade of existing structures such as viaducts and ramps. Design is developed alongside survey and site experience, so it holds up in construction.
Restoration
Conservation and consolidation of historic structures.
Historic fabric asks for care and precision. We survey, consolidate and restore historic masonry structures and architectural elements, keeping as much original material as possible while making it safe and durable.
Works Direction
Site supervision from first excavation to final handover.
We direct works on public and private sites — including motorway and urban infrastructure that stays open to traffic. Our role is to ensure that what is built matches what was designed, on time and to the agreed quality, acting as the client’s technical reference on site.
Safety Coordination
Construction-site safety in design and execution phases.
Safety is designed, not added. We coordinate health and safety from design through execution, planning site layouts, phasing and interfaces so that crews, the public and traffic are protected at every stage.

Testing & Acceptance
Independent verification that the work performs as intended.
The final phase closes the loop. We carry out structural and technical-administrative testing, verifying that completed works meet the design, the contract and the applicable standards before they enter service.
