Works direction for the widening of a motorway section to three lanes — new foundations, abutments, piers and precast deck beams, built while the route stays open.
The project
Urban Sprawl is directing the works for the widening of a motorway section to three lanes. The structures along the route have to grow with it: new bored-pile foundations, abutments, piers and decks, all sequenced around a motorway that remains open to traffic.
Our role covers day-to-day site supervision, control of materials and execution against the design, and technical coordination between contractor and client at every phase — from piling and reinforcement to the placement of the precast prestressed beams.
